Renewable energy, as the name indicates, is the general name for any type of energy that is constantly supplied by nature such as sunlight, wind, or waves.
Our world won’t be livable if we don’t change the way of producing energy. Over 80% of our energy need is met by fossil fuels (Nunez). To have a future, we need to start using renewable energy to stop global warming, climate change, and fossil fuels’ other negative effects on the environment; and we need to do it now.
